I wear my Fitbit Surge during the day to motivate me to walk more and enter challenges with my friends. It is a huge motivator to take the long way around to get more steps in each day. My goal is 20,000 steps a day.

The big numbers on the face makes it easy to see with “old” eyes:) I never lose GPS!
These two go together, I can’t have one without the other when I run… Saucony Ride 7 shoe and Glide. I NEVER run without these two things! I got my first pair of Saucony about the second year I started running and I have been hooked ever since!
I always wear my waterproof SPIBELT… keys and phone.
It’s a must!
I have tried lots of gels when I run my half marathon, marathons and triathlons and the plain Honey Stinger is the best flavor and least harmful on my stomach.
